The house line

What we hold to when we cut

Knits with real body

We choose polyester and spandex blends with enough recovery to snap back after hours on the dance floor instead of bagging out at the seat.

Ruching with purpose

Gathers sit over the side seams and waistline where a close cut needs extra give, rather than added as random surface trim.

Dressing for the night

We cut accessible evening wear meant to be worn out immediately, with clean necklines, sturdy zippers, and solid hem lines.

A deep V neck and fitted long sleeves balance the mini hem on this ruched black bodycon dress in stretch knit.

We cut this party mini from a dense polyester and spandex knit with plenty of give. The deep V neckline is matched by fitted full-length sleeves and gathered side seams that pull fabric across the torso. It sits close from the high waist down to the short hem.

Caring for your pieces

Do

  • Turn garments inside out before cold machine washing
  • Wash stretch velvet items on their own
  • Lay flat on a drying rack away from heat
  • Steam velvet on the reverse side to lift pile

Do not

  • Do not place stretch knits in a tumble dryer
  • Do not wring or twist wet velvet fabric
  • Do not press a dry hot iron onto velvet
  • Do not leave damp clothes balled up in bags

Why the rack exists

Why we cut these pieces

We cut accessible party wear for women who want a sharp fit without fuss. Our patterns focus on dependable stretch, firm waist seams, and clean necklines. A close-fitting knit asks for an honest check of the size chart before you buy, but once the fit is set, the dress holds its line all night.

High-waisted tailored black shorts in a breathable polyester-cotton blend with a self-fabric tie belt and side pockets.

Choosing your dress by cut and cloth

Selecting a party dress starts with length and sleeve coverage. Our midi rail holds twenty-three bodycon designs that reach past the knee, ideal for cocktail parties and formal dinners. For club nights and warmer venues, nineteen sleeveless and strapless minis offer open necklines. Ten long sleeve minis give full arm coverage in stretch knit and velvet for cooler weather.

Necklines and materials set the tone once the outline is chosen. We build halter, off the shoulder, square neck, and v neck cuts. Our eleven shorts, skirts, rompers, and jumpsuits provide alternatives to dresses using the same flexible knits. A close-fitting bodycon cut depends on accurate sizing, so compare your measurements to the chart before ordering your cut.

Starting with your first piece

If this is your first order from our house, start with a ruched midi dress. The side gathers provide flexibility through the hip and waist, while the polyester knit gives reliable hold through a long night out.

From the party

Notes from the floor

The side zipper glided cleanly and the ruching along the waistline stayed gathered through the entire wedding reception.

Elena R.

Washed it cold and dried it flat on a towel. The knit snapped right back to shape without any loose threads.

Marisol P.

The velvet has genuine weight to it and kept me warm walking between venues without needing a heavy coat over top.

Chloe M.

Swapped up one size for a little more ease through the back seam and the second fit was spot on at the ribs.

Nadia K.

The off the shoulder band stays put when moving around instead of sliding up toward the neck every ten minutes.

Tasha B.

The slit on the skirt is hemmed cleanly and gives enough room to take full strides without pulling at the seam.

Sonia L.

Straight answers

Six things people ask before they order

How is the rack sorted?

By hem length first, then sleeve, then cloth. Midis for dinners and receptions, sleeveless and strapless minis for warm rooms, long sleeve minis for cooler nights, and one section of jumpsuits, rompers, skirts and matching sets cut from the same knits. The fit check sorts all 63 pieces by exactly these lines.

What is the ruching actually doing?

On 23 of our cuts, gathers sit over the side seams and waistline where a close cut needs extra give. They spread the tension of the knit so it follows the body instead of pulling flat, and they hold their gather through a night of sitting, standing and dancing.

How do I choose a size?

By the size chart on the partner listing, measured before ordering. Between two sizes on a bodycon cut, take the larger: the knit closes the gap on its own, while a size too small folds at the seams and never settles. Velvet cuts run slightly warmer and firmer than the plain knits.

Where is my order?

In the account that paid for it. The shop that took the payment runs the till, the shelves and the road, and its order page carries the parcel number and the date. This catalogue never sees an order at all.

Can I come to the Chicago address to try things on?

No, and we say it with regret. A visitor to that ninth floor would find patterns, a printer and somebody typing. There is nothing on the floor to try on and no counter to buy across. Letters reach us there; garments do not.

Why did a price change since yesterday?

Both the number and the stock behind it belong to the shop, and both move whenever it decides. What you read here is what the listing said the last time these pages were built, and the button always opens the live number before anything is paid.
